The Immigrant & Refugee Appellate Center, LLC, is pleased to release the most recent update to the 2015 edition of the Index of Unpublished BIA Decisions, which now contains decisions issued through July 8, 2015.
Among other newly added cases, the Index now contains decisions:
• Holding that asylum applicants need not have been married to a domestic abuser to be a member of a particular social group under Matter of A-R-C-G-
• Finding that sexual battery under N.C. Gen. Stat. 14-27.5A is not sexual abuse of a minor
• Administratively closing proceedings sua sponte for DHS to consider whether to exercise prosecutorial discretion
• Reopening proceedings for a respondent wanting to apply for a provisional unlawful presence waiver (Form I-601A)
