IRAC endeavors to both represent immigration clients and to serve as a resource for the community of immigration practitioners. To that end, we provide access to unpublished BIA decisions and a same day BIA filing service. We also mentor new practitioners, and we make our office available to attorneys with oral argument at the Board.
