Among other newly added cases, the Index now contains decisions:

• Holding that possession of marijuana with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver under N.C.G.S. 90-95(a)(1) is categorically not an aggravated felony

• Finding a group of bandits to whom the respondent was forced to provide domestic services was not a Tier III terrorist organization

• Permitting the withdrawal of a prior attorney’s concession of removability because it was erroneous and prejudicial

• Upholding a grant of cancellation of removal to an LPR convicted of trafficking more than 400 grams of cocaine
