• Granting asylum to an applicant threatened with death for assisting her daughter pursue a criminal complaint against a gang member

• Remanding for further proceedings after the dismissal of a conviction that resulted in a prior denial of a DACA application

• Ordering DHS to disclose relevant materials relating to the respondent’s mental competency

• Criticizing an immigration judge for denying a request for a continuance while a dependency petition for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status was pending in state court
