IRAC has released its final update to the Index of Selected Unpublished Decisions of the Board of Immigration Appeals for 2013. The Index is organized by subject matter, and contains links to and summaries of hundreds of helpful unpublished BIA decisions.

Individuals who have already purchased the Index may download the updated version for no additional charge. Those wishing to purchase the Index may still do so for the introductory price of $24.95. (The Index can be purchased at this link.)

The 2014 version of the Index will be available for purchase in early January. Individuals who purchase the 2014 edition will be entitled to freely download all monthly updates during 2014. If you would like to be alerted when the 2014 edition is available, please email bwinograd@irac.net.
